The Gary Community School Corporation would like to extend its heartfelt thanks to all who expressed interest and submitted offer proposals on closed school buildings and vacant properties listed for sale in the district. We are pleased to report that offers were submitted for every property listed! In our efforts to conduct this process in full transparency, the list of offers for each site can be downloaded here.
The offer submission phase of this process is now closed. Each proposal will be carefully reviewed for consideration. Potential purchasers and the general public will be notified once offers have been reviewed and accepted.
