With great pride and honor, I commence my fourth year as Beveridge Elementary's Principal. My dedication to education spans over two decades, and my passion for providing exceptional learning experiences to our students burns brightly.

As a native of Gary, Indiana, and a graduate of West Side High School, I feel a profound connection to this community. I am committed to investing in the city that has given me so much. I firmly believe that every child deserves a quality education, and I am determined to collaborate with our dedicated teachers, staff, and parents to ensure that all students reach their full potential.

Beveridge Elementary holds a special place in my heart. The vibrant energy of our students, the dedication of our faculty and staff, and the unwavering support of our parents create an environment that is both nurturing and challenging. Together, we have laid a solid foundation for academic excellence, fostering a love of learning and inspiring our students to become critical thinkers and compassionate individuals.

While celebrating our achievements, we recognize the importance of continuous growth. In the coming year, our focus will be on enhancing student achievement, promoting social-emotional well-being, and creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all. We will also prioritize professional development for our teachers, ensuring they have the resources and tools necessary to deliver engaging and effective instruction.

I am particularly excited about the ongoing development of our STEM program, which will provide hands-on learning experiences in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. This program aligns with our commitment to preparing our students for the demands of the 21st-century workforce.
