Building for the Future
Students from 6th to 8th grade are given a wide array of options to shape their academic journey towards high school. They can choose between two distinct tracks: STEM or the Arts. Additionally, they have the chance to explore the Career Center, which could potentially open up numerous opportunities in their high school years.
Middle School Career Center Opportunities
Discover your strengths, interests, and aptitudes through an array of program offerings including intro to Culinary Arts, Business, Transportation and Communications.
Scholars in 6th-8th grade are provided a unique opportunity that competitors can’t match! Students can unlock their potential early through programs offered at the Gary Career Center!

Graduation Pathways
With Graduation Pathways, students are able to individualize their graduation requirements to align to their postsecondary goal of Enrollment, Employment, or Enlistment leading to service. No longer must all students fit into the same academic mold, but rather, they can choose the high school options that best meet their postsecondary needs and aspirations.
